I have been doing alotta reading about reboot and rewire but I have a couple question: can they be done at the same time? Or does one have to happen before the other ?

Hey, I'm sorry but it appears the question is vague :/ but yeah nice to see you kept up with the program for this long. I find it quite unusual that you keep fading in and out of flat line :/ considering you came this far. Maybe your addiction was different in severity I don't know.
Another viewer told me that I could reboot which is not using porn and masterbaition & I could rewire which is have physical contact with women to get srd to it but it feels like it would counteract each other. & I'm one of those severe cases of PIED. It used to be a lot worst tbh ! But I've made progress but I still got a long process to get myself back to normal. & Gabe the guy who makes the videos for the website took 9 month to recover when he was rebooting. Im another severe case
