Hi i have been suffering from porn induced ed the last 3 years .

I don't know if it is a relapse and how it is going to affect me but I just reached 90 days and wanted to test myself so I MOed . I still can't maintain a full erection and I am desensitized .

I have visited doctors and my blood tests and dopler ultrasound where fine the doctors said there is nothing wrong with me .

The first time I rebooted for 43 days and I was CURED I got full spontaneous erections but I continued to watch porn and pmo and in 2 weeks i could't get or maintain an erection again .

Now I reached 90 days in my reboot and wanted to test myself so I pmo'ed will that put my progress back ?

I didn't feel any bad symptoms after that and still don't feel bad .

I am starting to reboot again how long do you think it will take me to recover ?

Posetive side is that you did heal at some point in time. Try to go for the 90 again. I started a thread about watchung porn occasionally  after you rebooted, l gues for somepeople its best to not watch it again.. l hope it isnt the same for me.
How often did you start PMOing again? And l looked at a very particular niche in porn, maybe that also plays a role. Do you regular porn or ?
