Hello guys! just checking in after a week or so but to tell anyone quitting PMO that if you keep going then your life will change completely. I am a believer about the "benefits" that people post around here because I have experienced them myself. Prepare for some all time highs and also some really low lows due to not escaping or experiencing pain and problems in your life. Know that each one of you reading this deserves an awesome PMO free life! you are worthy!!!
