I use to do the same thing and ended up MOing without P, it undid some of the social anxiety progress i was making and made me feel depressed. Also there have been people who have quit porn for 2 years but continued to MO and have still not rewired which might suggest MOing is the reason why. I would say regular MO is bad, occasional MO alright but no MO is ideal.
