So guys, I relapsed on my third time of rebooting. I'm sorry to keep posting a new thread every time I relapse, but I feel it really helps me to create a fresh start each time.  ;D
My first attempt was five days. Second attempt was thirty days. And the recent attempt until today was nine days. I've seen progress in all this time, and I've realized I need to go on Hard Mode to really help myself out. I'm excited to start right up again and really kick this habit and issue as it's caused problems  :(

You don't have to read or follow this thread, I know I've annoyed many with constant new one's from my relapses!  :D It's just simply for me to have a new start and keep track of my progress.

Back to work then right?  8)

What I've found to help the most is to not think about it. I know how hard it is but don't even focus on the number of days you've been off, treat it like it's not even part of your life. Fake it until you make it. What are you doing to keep yourself away from triggers?

Robert:

I relapsed after 30 days.  Today is Day One (again) for me.  If it helps, here were my triggers:

[1] Fapping - tugging the pud - wanking - masturbating.  Call it what you want - stimulating my penis started me in cycle again.
[2] Once I gave myself permission to wank I started looking at "innocent" images of nudity.
[3] Once I started looking at nudity the juices started and I masturbated to orgasm.
[4] Once I orgasmed I said "fuckit" to myself and went straight to my favorite porn site.

Many have said on this site that a reboot is difficult and there is to be no sex at all.  These words seem to ring true.  I need to leave willy alone, stay away from the internet (including YouTube) and keep my mind off of sex, sexual situations, sexual pictures, etc.

Don't ever feel bad about posting after a relapse.  I relapsed and am back.  It's tough but it can be done.

That's good man! I find that the more I read about all the effects that watching porn has that I've experienced, and all the side effects from quitting makes it easier too. Makes what you're going through feel more normal, and that you're not alone. All on the road to recovery

Try not to even think of it like days to go, more like be happy that part of your life is disappearing and hopefully for good. Any big plans for the weekend to keep busy? Christmas pub crawl?

If you're getting back on track right away your progress can't be destroyed. If you look at it as though it's renewing your motivation as opposed to giving up then it is progress
