how to SEE/TREAT A WOMEN

friends this urges mainly starts from women and girls
and when i look them some parts of them
this urges starts again and am loosing control

pls help me
when we work with women colleagues or when we come across women friends
how our way of approach ie in our inner mind how we should feel
this is my major problem guys
i get turn on looking at them

so please when i see my lady friends and women
what should be in my thought and how should i decently behave in my inner mind
pls help dears .

Get used to it. They are normal human beings. Get used to be around girls, talk to them. :)
Reboot, it will make it easier.
