Hello everyone,

I'm a guy who has 25 yo. I was PMOing since I was a 9 or so. All my life I had serious sexual problems. I'll make a long story short:

1- I was PMOing like mad, until sexual exhaustion, prone etc. Sometimes, I reach a stage where my penis is extremely swollen. I developed severe ED in my early teens. Believe me, it was a real self-mutilation. My penis shrank. I was wondering why I had low testosterone symptoms.

2- I've reached the rock bottom once. I decided to make a change. I took care of my life, started working-out, stop smoking and, succeed in my studies. Things got better. I reduced masturbation and porn use drastically. There were some slight changes.

3- I discovered YBOP almost a year before. Although, I relapsed too many times, there are improvements. I can focus better, I had better self-esteem, more life drive.

4- I relapsed a week or two earlier, but, didn't indulge in it.

5- I'm pretty educated about the subject, but I need some specific tips.

Actually:

I have:
1- Porn addiction: it calms down, then, strikes me in hard times. I'm determined to end it once and for all, because I'm doing many major life changes. I' have the "warrior mindset".
2- Severe copulatory impotence: My penis shrinks and gets hard like a stone almost all the day (except when relaxed, or the morning). It's painful. And also very very insensitive.  I do some jelqs to relieve the symptom.
3- Premature Ejaculation: I can ejaculate after 15 seconds. This  is due to the abusive prone and traumatizing masturbation habits, combined with porn and unhealthy lifestyle for most of my existence.

5- I noticed that jelqing does help. I don't know too much about anatomy, but, I think I have very tense muscles around my genital area that are one of the factors that are responsible of my PE. I stressed my system a lot to ejaculate as fast as possible several times each days (very irresponsible behaviour). I know that I'm still rebooting. But, I find that "reanimating my dead penis" without porn, helps. I'm in a tough period of my life (studies) and, having a shrunken hard and painful penis makes me unable to focus, tense and unable to do anything.

6 - I noticed that my brain seeks compulsive substitute behaviours when I quit porn: Wandering, listening to too much music, watching videos in youtube compulsively. To make things short: It just wants a "buzz".

7- I'm doing well in managing my life. There are continuous ups and downs, but, I'm always forcing myself to go forwards. I work out almost regularly. I meditate several times a week. Studies are well. Things are getting better.  I'm building routines in my life, and managing it.

What I'm asking for:

I'm not seeking the "magical solution". I know that the process takes time. Just tips to alleviate symptoms. When my penis is in a good shape, I can focus and relax easier.
I read  one time about BC muscles and pelvic floor in PEgym. I'd be glad if someone offers me practical tips about kegels, reverse kegels, jelqing, or, some other tips to alleviate symptoms, and fight P.E. I need practical tips that alleviate symptoms and facilitate recovery.
I'm not going to O, PMO or fantasise about anything. Just touch.  I find it helps. And when things get better, I will find another way to continue this struggle effectively.

Thanks for taking time to read and help me.

I'll go ahead and give one meaningful tip. Intermittent fasting is a powerful antidote for withdrawal symptoms. Sometimes meditation gets tough in that period. But IF is quite efficient. Another tip: Avoid activating the reward-seeking part of yourself too much (listening to music, checking notifications, watching tv, talking a lot, playing video games etc). And just grow up, and take your hands off your pants. I'd also add heavy weight training. Interaction with people
and, be an adult around women, not a silly goose who fantasizes on the slightest thing.
I find also some penis exercices like jelqing to alleviate the dead penis syndrome. But just be an adult, not a lab monkey who is obsessed with hacking off.
