This is probably not exactly porn related, but I'm just wondering if anyone has any insight into this?

I know everyone dreams, and I more than likely do as well.  But I have not remembered a dream in years.  I used to remember dreams once in a while, years and years ago as a child.

How long are you into the reboot? Dreams becoming more vivid is actually a common benefit of rebooting. Also your memory improves over time so you might start remembering dreams you would have over wise forgotten.

Interesting.  I am 1 month and 11 days into my reboot.  Although I have MO'd once as I initially decided to only cut out PMO.  I've since decided to go hard mode though.

That would be very interesting if dreams were associated to porn.

I've honestly had very similar experiences! I had honestly only a handful of dreams every year until I quit porn - about a year into recovery I started that I was dreaming more frequently every night. There could very well be some relationship between dreaming and addictions; I've seen a lot of other posts about it, too!

There are techniques you can learn to remember your dreams. I read a book about this, but that was a long time ago.

Basic problem is that dreams vanish very quickly in the first seconds of becoming awake.

There's a lot of info on this topic out there, if you care.

Personally, I usually remember dreams when I sleep really late.
