Is scrolling through joke websites and having a good laugh unhealthy ?

I had a good hour of laughs on reddit scrolling and reading hilarious jokes.

Does the novelty or anything cause a problem? Are these kind of activites to be banned for rebooters?

As far as rebooting is concerned I don't see a problem apart from the fact that you are just a couple of clicks away from adult sites but then again the same is true for the reboot forum as well. Basically, if it doesn't trigger you there's no issue as far as reboot is concerned.

As for the more general issue of rebuilding yourself in lieu of p it is a problem to spend a lot of time surfing the net. However if you can have jokes in balance in your life it's all good.

Comedy is great for distracting yourself from urges to look at porn. Having a laugh releases endorphins which in turn gives you a sense of pleasure. So its great!
As long as theyre not porno laughs.
