PMO is caused not by a neurosis, but, a "neurotic adaptation". You deal with discomfort with PMO, and you run from life to fertilize your hand.
When you quit PMO (cold turkey is recommended), you'll feel WORSE. You'll have really bad days. It's real withdrawal, with loss of ibido at first. If you stay in "the void" and be persistent, you will recover fast. But from my own little experience, and what I read, people who succeed think less about butts and tits. They just grow and become mature. They stop childish activities like this hedonist pleasure-seeking, and, they get a more mature view on the opposite gender.

You want to accelerate your recovery?
Get a life, become mature, do HIIT, weight lifting, meditation, relaxation and have a good diet. Do this again, and again, and again. You will become a better person, and hell, you'll have fire between your legs !
Regarding exercice, I recommend heavy weight lifiting. Sets of 4-6 reps with the heaviest weight you can lift, slowly. Do alot of squats, and eat a lot of healthy fats. You know why? It will skyrocket your Testosterone level. It's not maybe or it should, It will!
