Are constant horny (non-porn) fantasies bad?

What's up dudes, I'm rebooting to fix my PIED. Before I start, let me clarify one thing: I will never relapse. I never actually watched THAT much porn, and I have had no problem cutting it out of my life.

My question is this: I've heard some people say that porn fantasies can set you back in your reboot. I don't fantasize about porn at all, but I fantasize about sex with real women A LOT. Like, constant horny imagination, dry humping while laying in bed and weird stuff like that. This is mostly because my horniness is off the charts since I haven't O'ed in a long time, pent up testosterone from lifting weights can't help either.

Also on a side note, everyone keeps telling me to "find things to go out and do to fill your time and enjoy life". This isn't a problem for me, I'm a college kid so I have a super packed schedule full of studying, exercise, partying/hanging out with friends and such, so it's not like I'm sitting around all day.

So once again MAIN QUESTION: Is it bad to frequently fantasize about having sex with women you know?

I'm not sure but I have similar circumstances - I think about my gf a lot and only her, fantasize etc.

Been PMO/MO free for about a month now and have no problem with ED but do have a problem with DE

Cues such as porn fantasy are more then able to light up addiction pathways in the brain, however it's unclear whether tame, realistic fantasy will light up the same addiction related pathways. I'm of the opinion if you have PIED it's very likely it will because of how deep the condition is but out of everything sexual that's able to negatively effect the reboot I think realistic fantasy has the least possibility to harm. On the safe side I wouldn't do it or at least often.
