I seemed to be having some erection concerns a few about a year ago, guess it's not to uncommon for a 65 yo. I tried some meds and the worked fine, just caused delayed ejaculation. I came across some info about PIED. And stopped porn about 6 months ago. It sure improved my performance with my lady. I did edge a few times and looked at some porn, but didnt masturbate to completion. Two weeks ago I did PMO and two days later, I couldn't finish during intercourse, got soft . I spent a week away from porn and next time sex was fine with my lady, that was last Friday eveneing.Today I was home, got an email from Chive On , it was a trigger and before you know it I was on a porn site and whacked off. It felt good for sure, but now I feel I am a looser, and it sort of ruined my work out that was planned for today. I did the work out but for sure had less energy. I know I need to watch myself as something as simple as a picture of a hot chick in a low cut dress can set me off. I will try to avoid these triggers but it is kind of hard,unless you don't watch TV, even the news girl are hot.

Lol it is funny how attractive a news lady can be while rebooting. Just consider it a bump in the road, no point calling yourself a loser after so much success and a minor relapse

Anaylse what you were doing while successfully rebooting and compare it to the period when you used porn again

But no PMO improved you sex life with your lady and you didnt feel like a loser.

I try to eliminate viewing things that will trigger the urge to view porn . I did well the first four months and besides it helping my sex performance I felt like a better person. I really for back into my lifting and am making progress getting back into powerlifting. Looking forward to competing again in the senior division. At my age sex once a week should be enough, but at times I am horny and am not always with my lady. I have to learn to control my urges.
