It's not bad to look at naked women. But those are not naked women. They are the image of naked women. They are not real, they are fake! And when you crave these pictures and videos, it has not understood that there is a difference between the virtual and the real world.
Tell it that you wouldn't have any problems if you hadn't carried it to excess the past years. You've had your chance to deal with images in a healthy way but you didn't. So now you've got to face the consequence and be strict.
Tell it...if it wants to suffer from PIED, never find a girlfriend or wive in the future, feeling depressed and anxious - then it shall go ahead. If it thinks you have another life to go after this one ends: then go on and induldge yourself. But if you realize that your life on earth is finite and you surely don't want to mess things up, then it might be wise to resign.
Striking a balance usually is the best idea. But you and me, we are beyond that line. We cannot go back and simply say we want to reduce. Chemical reactions in our brains will always shoot down any attempt to do so. So we need drastic changes. We've had our fun. Now it's over - for good.
