When do I know im done?

I havent been watching porn in a month now. Im in army so I havent even thought about watching porn or fantasizing about it, but I have been mastrubating twice.
I have no problem getting erection without watching any porn. But how will I know im reboot properly ?

Last time I had " Sex " (tried too) I couldnt get an erection. And this have happend quite often. Should I just try again and check if im good?

I'm not certain if ur good to go. Only you can figure it out :) Congrats on making the month. I'm also bit over a month. I can only shed some light from my experience. IT SEEMS TO WORK! Not as well as I would like, but it does nonetheless. So, if you wanna give it a try no one will stop you, but I've been told that the fruit tastes better when ripe. So wait another month or two if you can. I do get spontaneous erections now. But, I'm sure both you and I will get better the way we're going. A side question, do you have any performance anxiety aside from PIED?

Yeah I can say im abit afraid of the pressure of having sex... but that mainly comes from all the porn i guess. Havnt been able too answer cause im in the army. Thanks for the reply :)
