I have never suffered from ED. I just can't orgasm.

There seems to be a lot more lit on ED than DE, and I'm just curious how I can test my progress with a girl.

I'm committed to no PMO at all and no stimulation at all for 30 days.

Sort of anxious about what happens after that.

The only way to actually test it with a girl is to have some sort of sexual contact with a girl and take it to orgasm. You can also test it yourself and see if you are at the point that you can masturbate to orgasm with no porn or porn fantasy. Not saying it's a certainty, but it'd be a good sign if you can do that.

That said, I'd advise you to remain patient. Focusing on a finish line puts pressure on reaching that finish line asap. Instead, focus on your improvement and the signs of such.
