Hi friends,
I need some good advice about quitting porn. My problem was I always tried to quit my longest streak was 21days only after that suddenly I became an addict to porn again..

Some advice I could give you:
- read a lot and educate yourself about PMO (yourbrainonporn)
-Put yourself in the best conditions possible to succeed. => delete all porn traces on your pc, delete bookmarks, delete even soft bikini pics or whatever could make you give in and go back to the dark side.
-Keep your mind busy (super busy at first) with positive and healthy alternatives (sport, reading, movies, friends, family, etc)
-Set up websites restrictions if you feel you need to.
-Get yourself a progress bar

With all of that, you'll start in nice conditions.
