I'd like you to help me making a list of all possible symptoms and symptoms you have experienced so far during a flatline. I think that people in flatline (like me at the moment) with terrible symptoms can be motivated, if they see they are not alone with their symptoms.
So please, everybody can help! Thank you in advance!
My flatline symptoms so far (some of them disappear slowly now):
- 0 desire for sex (loss of libido), even though I have a girlfriend since I started nofap (shitty timing)
- second day of flatline I had to vomit during morning shower, because I felt so bad
- penis feels dead
- no morning wood
- no errection when making out with a girl (usually I got an errection within seconds while kissing)
- severe depression phases (questioning everything in life, thinking that I'll never be able to have sex again, to lose my loved girlfriend, future fears)
- almost all other symptoms of a depression (except suicidal thoughts)
- desperation
- anxiety
- panic I'll never get back my libido and that I'll never get an errection again
- insomnia
- no appetite, I lost a few pounds during the flatline
- no motivation for anything
- no concentration
- it felt like my IQ was under 80 points, I was not able to learn for finals (university)
