On day 33 of my reboot now. No PMO. Pretty sure My PIED was caused by a very intensive PMO habit which lasted around 2-2.5 months before I got my PIED. Most of my O's before that period of time were from fantasy altho i did occasionally watch P. Does this mean my reboot will take approx 2 months since that was how long my habit was?

Reboot periods are highly individualised dictated by things such as age started, volume, frequency, how much you edged, individuals brain etc.
Are you still masturbating even without fantasy? No orgasm and no masturbation are recommend for those with PIED
