    The worst felling ever

You can use it, but I wouldn't recommend it, at least in early recovery. There are a lot of triggers on that app. You have to decide for yourself what tools work best for you during recovery. If you find yourself getting triggered by IG a lot then maybe it's not good for you. I had to delete...

    The worst felling ever

Your brain has been impacted by porn. When you quit you'll re-sensitize your brain and see women (in this case the girl of your dreams) as you once did. They'll appear more beautiful to you and you'll appreciate them as humans and not as lust objects.

8 Years of Trying to quit and still have gone NO WHERE! Will try something new

Keep going! For the girl. If you're too nervous about approaching her maybe just write your name and number on a piece of paper and go up to her and say "Hey ____, I'm ____. I think you're cute and would love to take you out sometime." hand her the paper and walk away. If she calls great if not...

8 Years of Trying to quit and still have gone NO WHERE! Will try something new

Hi Oath. It's not true that you've gone nowhere despite it being 3 years ago. If you're still in college then you have time to make new friends. Hi everyone, In 2019 I was able to reboot and reach over six months. However, I slowly started slipping back into porn behaviors as time went on. Now I feel stuck once again and can barely make it past a few days. I know what to do, but I still relapse often. I'm frustrated that I'm back in...

    Addiction or compulsive disorder?

I've been trying to quit porn for over ten years now with successes and failures and I have OCD. I think it can be both honestly. It's an addiction in that there are real withdrawal symptoms and cravings and the OCD part of it is when I have a setback I feel like I MUST PMO a certain number of...

Be patient with yourself - this is a journey. You will grow stronger with each day that passes. Take one day at a time. Meditation is very helpful to strengthen your decision making. This will be difficult at times, but you can do it.

    PLEASE HELP GUYS

Hi Lucas, I think for many of us we lose attraction to women prior to rebooting because we compare them to the fantasy of what women look like in porn. You're not alone! Reboot and you'll start finding women attractive again.
