Delayed ejaculation

Delayed Ejaculation can be from over masturbating with a death grip in which the penis has been desensitized. Porn usage would also effect it as having sex with a real woman is not going to be as stimulating as the hardcore porn you would normally watch. The vagina will never feel like a tight grip on your penis. Abstaining from masturbation and porn would really help you out.

Again, this probably has to do with the amount of times you have mo, your body probably needs time to build back up it's libido. Remember that porn is all fantasy bro, the majority of men in porn take pill, injections into their penis etc to stay hard for long periods of time.
Yes but outside porn I have heared millions of stories from regular guys that they have very low refractory periods. They are telling me they can easily go 3-4 rounds per day... And also I've heared normal refractory period is 5-30 minutes. This seems impossible to me :/

Hi! I have exactly the same issue. I can easily do 4 PMO sessions per day, but when it comes to real sex, I can only do about one session per day. If I try to do more intercourse sessions, I will probably not reach orgasm even if I manage to get another erection.
But my starting situation was even worse, and I do feel that rebooting has helped me. It is definitely easier to reach orgasm if I abstain from masturbation. The longer I abstain, the easier it gets. I am hoping that by continuing my reboot (it's been over a year already with some relapses) my refractory period will continue to decrease.
You mentioned the possibility of a physical defect, so I wanted to ask, are you circumcised or not? I was circumcised as an adult and I feel that it has decreased my sensitivity quite a bit. But I was unlucky to get quite a radical circumcision where most of my inner skin was removed.

Ok I see. Then I'm not sure if it is porn related at all. I mean in the test for PIED you are testing whether there is a difference between the performance with and without porn. If you observe that there is no difference in erection or ejaculation with and without porn, then you don't have PIED. Can you think of any other physical issues that might affect your performance? Like diabetes or something?
I guess that even if we are completely healthy and free of porn, the refractory time varies naturally between guys. I am currently having a long ref period myself. And it is very frustrating if my girlfriend wants to do round 2 and I am not up for it. So I understand your frustration very well. I wish there was something I could do about it... I am hoping that rebooting helps. It has already helped me a lot with my delayed ejaculation problem (for the 1st round). Yes right now I can only hope that my long refractory period is connected with P. I feel so unlucky when some of my friends boast about them having 3-4 rounds of sex per day. I also fear that if girl will demand second and third round I will not be able to satisfy her. With P i can sometimes go 2 rounds per day but not everyday though. Idk what is wrong with me i hope it's just P to blame.
