I just wanted to know if anyone on here ever uses a cock ring and poppers while watching porn this is what i escalated to
as just normal mo to porn didn't help so  i  i did use both these to ejaculate.  But feel like i have ED bad haven't mo to porn for a month
today was the first morning had semi wood and sexual dreams last night but stopped my self in my dream from ejaculating
thank god because i hate wet dreams.

I've not had the same acting out patterns myself. However, I can definitely relate to having done things which I was ashamed of and uncomfortable with. Then repeating and escalating those things which adds more shame and guilt on top. I can connect a lot with that. I think that is a common problem nearly all the guys on here share, me included. The escalation comes in different forms for different guys. Sometimes it can be frequency. Or more extreme porn. Or even coming out with other people, sex workers etc. The exact details are really not that important. What is important is that you're uncomfortable with it and want to change. The behaviours all have their roots in the same addiction and with the same feelings.

I hope you can continue with staying off and recovering.
