Yes, that dopamine pull is extremely strong. I think it is impossible to fight alone.
Fill your life with other things.
If you know day 4-5 or whatever it is caused you to relapse then plan your diary so you are out all day or evening to avoid being alone with a computer. Remove the opportunity risk. Anyone can do this for two days.
Go for a walk, gym, dance class, martial arts, bowling, drove, music whatever it takes. Better if it's social involving others but even alone it is better than porn.
This way you will make it day 6. This will be a new PB for you and a big achievement. From that achievement, you can build more. There will be setbacks. Unexpected obstacles will occur. But you are a man, you can build your own life and choose.
Keep this up and over time the fog will lift slowly and steadily. There will not be some big "aha" moment but a series of steps where you choose what to fill your life with. It is all in those little decisions moment by moment that the real big things flow from. Moving a mountain one rock at a time. Each day you can choose to move one rock or not.
