So far, so good. Nine days and counting. I haven't faced any close calls yet. There's a lot going on in my life now (good things) that make it easier to take my mind off PMO. Plus, I have so much to be thankful for.

Life is good.

That's great man. Keep building steam and momentum.

Warning... possible trigger...

Had sex for the first time since I last PMO'd. It was the best I've had in years. Before I stopped PMO last month, I was starting to show signs of ED. Cutting out PMO really works, and it seems that the longer I go without it, the less I want it.

Everything's looking good for the future. I just hope it stays that way.

Again, things have been going really well. I have a whole new outlook on life now, and for the first time in years, I feel like I'm in control of my addiction. The longer I go without PMO, the less I want it. I look back on all the lost hours in front of a computer... I never want to return to that.

To everyone out there still struggling, keep up the fight. It's inspiring to see so many others willing to take the right steps to transform their lives.

I'm going to try to post every day this time, even if it's just a sentence or two.

Porn is not worth the negative and potentially devastating impact on my life.

Exactly. Its not worth it. Life without P > Life with P. Always. That's what this is all really about in the end.

It's been hard. Still taking it one. long. day. at. a. time... As much as I know I'll miss PMO, I also know I enjoy my life without it so much more.
