My reboot-failure

So I've been struggling with porn addiction for many years, I'm 26 and started around 12. I've looked at this site, read some articles and been inspired. I just went 14 days without PMO but just failed within the last hour. Like always I'm frustrated that I gave in and not as excited to jump
Back up and start again tomorrow. Any pointers? Thanks.

You was free for 14 days, that is very good result. Maybe what was a trigger for you was a withdrawal. Can you resist urges to PMO, but do not resist bad mood?

Thank you I was really proud! Idk, I resisted the urges really well for 14 days then today had a thought error of something like "oh I can kinda look at light pictures and not PMO" and it obviously didn't work. Boredom was my trigger today, and most of the time. I was just lying around on the couch.
