Behind the scenes in the porn industry?

Is there a book, website, or video that addresses what really goes on behind the scenes in the porn industry? I'm not looking for something to get my jollies- I think it would be helpful to learn more about what is really going on with the women in porn- to help stop viewing them as objects and see them as women.

Any recommendations?

It follows a couple 18 year old girls who are just starting out. It shows just how few opportunities girls really have - I believe they say that most of them only last a month, and maybe 3 months if they are lucky, because of the demand of constant novelty. Basically it's only a very small percentage who are able to establish themselves. The rest are forced to quit or go into niche stuff.

I saw a british one as well where they follow three guys experiencing being on set in LA. It shows some of the depressing aspects of the industry, but I can't remember what it's called.

Thanks for the responses. I already knew porn was a rough life for the women, but reading their actual stories makes a bigger impression. Whenever I feel the temptation to PMO I will recall some of their stories. How can anyone PMO after knowing the truth behind the scenes?
