for the last few years this has been my thing. I think it has all given me pied can not get erect if i do not use any of these.
It sounds very possible as cock rings are used to keep the penis erect longer by trapping blood in it, the poppers also help the blood vessels open up more and relax. I would definitely stay away from both and see how that works for you.
