96 Days report, two things to remember.

96 Days, still got nothing.
I feel depressed, no motivations, tired.

I feel pain. i have to do something but i feel like zombie.
I quit making musics and making games.

But this is first time i made 96 days streak.
Let me tell you two things.

First, mindfulness.
We usually try to fight and beat our urges, and finally we lose. We can not fight with urges.
But we have to just accept our cravings and just watch it. We have to know that urges are not us, just an illusion.
Porn addiction is hard to quit because usually, when we feel urges, we just think urges as real us. So we confuse like
"I decided to never watch porn again but now i want it again!". and we just lose our real mind.

We have to be aware. Realize situations, realize fake urges, realize real you.
So Just watch that cravings. Feel that you really want to watch porn, but do not. Just breath.
That's how i did.

Second, cold shower.
For me cold shower is also kind of mindfulness.
We usually want to just take hot shower comfortably, but cold shower is all about feeling uncomfortable.
watching porn, lying in the bed, eating junk foods, it's all about our urges and comfortable.
Do cold shower, it helps to find real us.

And cold shower is much less time spend, less money spend than hot shower.
I also learned minimalism from starting cold shower.
