Go somewhere public and avoid being alone, try to stay active and don't try to neglect the thoughts, rather just accept them and move on. Try life style changes, eat healthy, meditate and walking. Basically be active and discovery new hobbies and enjoy life to it's fullest. Over time these thoughts will fade and become much easier to handle. Simply stopping will not help, you need to make major changes so you can see things more clearly.

That's the spirit, hopefully doing so will help you a lot and you can start enjoying life. Remember there just thoughts, there's no reason to let them control you. Honestly, wants you start heading in the right direction, you'll start to feel great. Also if you relapse don't eat yourself up, relax and carry on.

Well,
I don't know if cravings suddenly happen, I have to fantasize about something or let a thought sorta fester a
little before getting the urge.

Do you have any hobbies or even special projects at work?
Do you have a significant other (SO) ?

All that stuff helps

Hey Disciplineyourself. I have one method that has worked very well for me before, but it is kind of unique so you might want to modify it a bit to suit you better. When a craving hits me I do three things all at once:

-I make and drink tea
-I slowly walk around my house
-I speak out loud

It doesn't seem like much, but it is very therapeutic. Making and drinking the tea (or any warm drink) can help keep you busy while at the same time can help to keep you relaxed till the craving leaves. I like to slowly walk around my house because it gets me out of triggering areas plus it can act as a way of practicing mindfulness -- just paying attention to every step can really help to get you out of your mind. And lastly, speaking out loud has been very helpful! When I speak out loud I usually remind myself about the harm porn has caused me, as well as the benefits I can gain from stopping. I don't know how to explain it, but speaking out loud feels much more beneficial than being stuck bickering in your head.

Anyways, those three things are great for distracting you from cravings and reminding you of your values!

Take care

I relapsed today ffs! Do you really need to not masturbate? I mean i got to 16 days before and my balls hurt so much i had to whack off.

I didnt fap to porn but just MO

Would it be easier to stop porn for 90 days but still masturbating

Then after 90 days of no porn, do 90 days of porn and no masturbation?
