Hey Disciplineyourself. I have one method that has worked very well for me before, but it is kind of unique so you might want to modify it a bit to suit you better. When a craving hits me I do three things all at once:
-I make and drink tea
-I slowly walk around my house
-I speak out loud
It doesn't seem like much, but it is very therapeutic. Making and drinking the tea (or any warm drink) can help keep you busy while at the same time can help to keep you relaxed till the craving leaves. I like to slowly walk around my house because it gets me out of triggering areas plus it can act as a way of practicing mindfulness -- just paying attention to every step can really help to get you out of your mind. And lastly, speaking out loud has been very helpful! When I speak out loud I usually remind myself about the harm porn has caused me, as well as the benefits I can gain from stopping. I don't know how to explain it, but speaking out loud feels much more beneficial than being stuck bickering in your head.
Anyways, those three things are great for distracting you from cravings and reminding you of your values!
