Everyone is different. Some rebooters never go back to masturbating and only have sex with a person. Those who do go back to masturbating should do so without artificial stimulation. No pornographic material. Only masturbate to sensation alone and if you fantasize only think about real people in realistic situations, nothing porn related. Frequency will again depend on the person.

i would suggest to either get a partner in life or enjoy life because there's more to life than just masturbating
