For some time now i?ve been dealing with ringing in the ear(tinnitus), at first i thought was related to my allergies but now i?ve read and found out that over masturbation can cause it too; i?m on hard mode reboot for 30 days now and i still have the buzzing; can anyone tell me what can i do?!!! or it just will take longer for the buzzing to stop?
