hysterical video! really good watch. My problem, though is more that when I get on a long streak, I tend to think that "well, it's been thirty days (or 40, 50, 60, whatever) so it wouldn't be that bad if I relapsed because that's still a really good streak. This might be because i'm more focussed on getting a good streak than quitting altogether. I know logically that quitting is more important, but i'm more motivated (emotionally) by the thought of the streak than the quitting. I think that this shows that the solution for me is to remind myself of the benefits of quitting so that I am motivated by both. I think my last streak of sixty days did help me realise that I can quit, though, which is important because it's hard to be motivated by the thought of quitting if you think it's not going to happen anyway.

Also, thanks for the help and support you provided which helped me get to that sixty day streak.
