hi,
im 21 years old and i have been watching porn since i was 13-14 years old. I have zero expirience with real women and been always very
shy.I am  studying and at the moment i have no classes but i have to learn for a few exams but i still have alot of freetime which doesnt make it very easy:)
Found yourbrainonporn and this forum about 2 month ago but i have been trying to get rid of my addiction since october 2013 .
I had my last relapse today after one week without porn.(I always make it around one week without porn).
I woke up having a wet dream(which I only had once before in the months I been trying to quit) and afterwards I felt very horny. I managed to ignore it half of the day but i gave in and started trying to trick my pornblocker and of course I found
a way to watch porn. Has anyone here had similar expiriences with wet dreams?
So I hope this time with the help of this community I will overcome my addiction and  get my life back :).
My first goal is two weeks without PMO and im confident that im going to make it!
Sorry for grammar mistakes:) English is not my first language.

after some setbacks after my first post im finaly back on track :)
this is the 9th day and im very optimistic that this time im going to make it to the 14th day and when i achieved that im going
to make the 30 days.
what really helped me was that i put my laptop in the livingroom in a position so that everyone else can see what im doing so that
im not tempted to search for something.
At the moment the cravings are at an minimum and i feel great :)

Hey man, I'm 21 myself, and started this problem pretty much your age, 13-14 years old.

I kinda like understand what's going on.. hopefully, haha.

You're doing great, man. What I did was, I often read at the successful stories forum. It helped a lot cos those people right there shared not just theories or knowledge, but their personal experience that you can try to relate.

My key principle is, "If you relapse, you collapse"

It seems to work with me. Anyway.. keep it up, we're all in this together :D
