Hey people whats up? Earlier this evening i turned on my ps4 for the first time in a few weeks,i had a few messages one was from a friend i went to school with and knows about my porn problem,there was an image of a naked woman which i opened it i immediately shut. Will stuff like this affect my reboot? I managed to stay sober for 111 until around xmas and am currently on day 57 and its going well. The image triggered anxiety type feelings which are only just starting to subside after 3 hours. Any input guys and girls?

oh, one last thing. I once had a "friend" disrespect my values like that, over and over. I had to cut him off from a certain form of social media *as in, I deleted him, but was still friends irl*

"Will stuff like this affect my reboot?" - I would say: yes, certainly. Avoid these imagens, because they retard the reboot and causes anxiety, as you described. For me, the anxiety is one of the worst parts. I am having lack of energy and my mood is terrible now, but anxiety... man, is a completely hell.
