You can do anything you want to. Don't just quit porn. Find out why it matters so much for you. Write down when you feel an urge what you're feeling at that moment. Maybe there's a link between how you are feeling and when you use porn. By attacking that connection and finding something better to do when you feel down, stressed, depressed, ... your urges for porn will disappear and it will become easy.

Porn has NO hold over you. It only has the power you choose to give it. Don't fight porn. Just say that you don't need it any more. If you feel an urge, sigh, and do something healthy instead, like take a walk.

You'll get there, just as long as you're committed to spending the time on it!
