Now 3 months in PMO free,35yo veteran fapper,stopped PMO because of Ed weak erection etc,I pretty much flatlined from the start of nofap.still had morning wood here and there and nocturnal ones to.So 2 months in I noticed work stress strted to get to me,mood swings,hyper person to depressive person within hours.
Now I'm very depressed and anxiety panic attacks and I had to leave my job I don't even know if my boss will let me come back.I work away so I just had to fly back home cause I couldn't cope with my feelings.
Has anyone encountered this before?3 months in Ide think Ide be getting better,i beein doing all the right things with my life to,even met the girl of my dreams working away.Should I just Mo to jumpstart things again need advice please!!!
