I discovered my porn induced ED about a year and a half ago.

Since the age of 11? (23 now) I've watched ALOT of porn. And as I remember the vanilla porn was not enough for me, so I always had to find something new (It got pretty sick). Now, about 10 years later my brain has rewired itself pretty strong, and I always get embarresed when I cant get hard or horny with the girls... It's just soooo annoying. But I always seem to relapse for that instant rush of dopamines even that I know I should not.

Ive known about yourbrainonporn for about a year, and yes I have felt that when on a high streak; lets say 14+ days, my confidence is sky high.I once had a streak of 30 days and had sex with a girl and I have to say that it was a mind blowing experience, it was unreal (is it suposed to be that nice ??). 100x times better than porn.

If I cant make this promise to myself,
I cant do shit.

I have to stop rationalise.
I havent made a 7 day streak for about 3 months, and the girls keep getting disapointed...

This journal is just for myself to look back to.

Help me out.

G'day depenz!

Firstly, don't let your relapse make you feel down and depressed. Other people on this forum have told me to learn from your relapse, and use these lessons to come back stronger!

Secondly, I wouldn't make "promises", change that to "commitment". A great quote that inspires me: "Promises are for people who are not willing to commit" So instead of making a promise to yourself, make a commitment that you are going to beat this addiction, AND YOU WILL!! :)

Thirdly, reward yourself after every week of no PMO. For example, go out with mates, have a couple of beers, buy yourself something nice, and so on.

I am on my 10th day of no PMO, and after many relapses prior, we learn from these to make us more determined to beat this addiction.

Starting to get some energy back!

Also had an epic session at the gym (was a while ago), did only compound exercises as deadlift, squats and benchpress. I can feel the testo gettin black to mah bloodstream!

Uninstalled all pc games aswell.

Keep on fighting!

35 days without porn,
2 relapses without porn,
1 sex,

And ofcourse I had to watch porn for some reason now and relapse because I am drunk and had a bad night out...

Fail...  :'(

It's not a fail man! It's just a setback! Get back up there and keep grinding!
Try to constantly remind yourself why you're doing this... What are the pros and cons...

Stay up there man! You can do it!
