Hey people whats up. Has anyone else noticed that the effects if alcohol are amplified while rebooting? Just the other day I had a couple of drinks and i had to stop as i was really feeling the effects. Is this just me or has anyone else found this to be the case?

I have not noticed this but, reboot effects everyone differently. Watch out for hangovers though cause craving are always strong the night after getting hammerd. Nikola, that quote is hilarious, lol!

I am around day 160 and still have extreme dizziness and nausea. No other health condition has been found.

During my PMO days I could drink lots of coffee. Now during reboot I get panic attacks after having one cup.

Also alcohol increases the dizziness. I think it is a good idea to abstain from other drugs during reboot. At least for me. The body seems to need its energy for recovering and dealing with withdrawals. I drink green tea though.

I think we all have to realize that if we feel weird it could be because we have eliminates a giant coping mechanism (porn) from our lives. While we all used porn for different reasons, we were all using it to deal with life's negative feelings. Work on healthy alternatives and in time, we will all feel better. Rebooting does take time though so trust the process and have faith.
