Hi, saw your post.  You are asking the right questions, you probably ought to try and get educated.  PIED is the number one reason guys quit porn.  Take a look at this video, which is found also on the home page of this forum.

Might be time to quit the porn lifestyle go porn free.  Yep, totally porn free, it can be done, and for some who have PIED, it must be done, at least is they want to keep the woman in their life and be able to get their mojo back.

Peace.

Great advice here!

I think the best place to start is getting a doctor check up. It's just a really really good idea. It'll give you some peace of mind to know that physically you're alright.

Next, start a reboot! The largest struggle (obviously) will be quitting pornography use. Start making lifestyle changes like exercising, meditating, and socializing more; actively pursuing recovery really does help the rebooting process! I recommend trying to stop orgasming with your partner for a period of time, as well. Most people find that they need a period of no orgasm to kickstart their reboot. This is because our addicted brains have linked pornography to orgasms for so long that an orgasm (even with a partner) fires up the same old porn parts of the brain.

Good luck!
