You are not going to get near the same level of dopamine surge from watching Youtube videos as porn, not even close.
Having said that, internet addiction in general is still a problem ...the constant search for novelty still hits the dopamine circuitry.
I had the same problem, it's a dangerous place to be, if you are incessantly browsing the internet you are only a click away from porn, a click away from a dopamine surge.
So I cancelled my broadband at home, and on my phone, as i was addicted the internet itself, I was regularly on it from the moment i woke up until I went to bed, endlessly looking for novelty, It was tough the first couple months, but i got used to it, and i don't miss it.
You should consider restricting your access to the internet, not everyone can do it due to using the internet for work or study, but if you have no necessary need for home broadband I'd recommend cancelling it.
I only use the internet now in coffee shops, the Library and on public Wifi, it's only ever for an hour or so a few times a week, it's very do able, i have no access to porn at all either. Day 38 no PMO.
Peace.
