Lower back pain caused by pmo?

Hi,
Does anyone experience lower back pain? I am not sure but for years I have some low back pain in the left part. It is some sort of tension that kind of gathers and sometimes I crack my back. I wonder if it is related to pmo. Since when I used to pmo alot, the day after I would feel pain in my low back. Anybody had something similar? Is there any therapy for that, did you visit an osteopath or a chiroparctic? I am not doing pmo for some months already but this pain persists, actually I think its being there for years.

I've experienced something similar. A tightening of the neck and the back. I think it's part of the way our addiction grows new connections inside our systems. I haven't found any good literature on it though and would be very interested to hear more about it. It will pass with time like every other system during rebooting.

I am not sure. I do not experience any back pain, I do however have muscular pain in the legs but since I begun practicing a sport one year ago I have slowly gotten rid of my pain through becoming more physically active.

Years of slouching in a chair and fapping will probably do that to you. Lower back pain could be a number of things. Personally, I have a couple of buggered facet joints in my spine which can cause a lot of pain if I don't keep in shape. Most likely caused (or at least made worse by) sitting in a computer chair way too much looking at porn. Definitely talk to your doctor and get it checked out.
