It means my 4th day today :p is 897th day for me. It helps.

My deep porn history...
When i am at age of 10 first time i accedently seen porn on a mobile of my relative. After that till age of 13  i cant seen any type of P. At age of 13 i saveral times seen the porn on my friends pc.
After that till age of 15. At this point i first did M. But without p. From this age i started watching porn on mobile phones and pc.
In 2014 i started to m with p. I am doing m several times a day. I remeber it that is 3 times aday. But after starting it in 2014 , my life is begin to spil. I lossed my best friends because i am only sieng porn on phone. Not playing on ground. Not talking more. And in 2015 i descovered effects of pornography accedentaly. From that day i started reboot. At first its only of 1 day. And after one year in 2016 first time i did 30 days reboot. Then i failed. In december 2016 i joined reboot nation. After joining it i did 4 major reboots . In it 2 are 30 days reboots and one is 3 months. Then by seeing this i am relapsed only 30 times after joining this site.
Come at real time now at 11th august 2017 i am at 4th day of reboot. I have more knowledge about p addiction now . And its easy for me now to reboot.

I relapsed yesterday
My goal:
Long term : 900 days
Short term: 900 days :eek:
how i achieve it?
900 = 30*30
That is 30 days reboot of 30 times is equal to 900
Now i split it each 30 day part in 10 subparts...
That is in short 3 days reboots till goal achieve
So today at 12 august 2017 my journey started towards reality. That is the life without p
Day 1 (Day 30 by reverse counting.)
Feeling bad because i relapsed many times but still not recovered. To recover i need to reverse the addiction cycle .
As i know cycle is problem or main problem of relapse. So reverse it

1. Good concentration.
2. Good Personality.
3. Health and power.
4. A great life.
Day 2(day 29)
Foggy head and Low sleep
depressed
Day 3 and Day 1.4(day 27)
Completed first subpart of my reboot that is first 3 days succesfully. feeling lucky. from today starting my second part.
Day 5(1.5)
Today is best day for me. I did exercise. Fresh mood with little bit foggy head. Concentration increased. A clear mind. Positive thoughts increased in mind.

If i loss
1. I have dumb and bored life without any motivation
2. many health problems.
3. Cant able to enjoy life

Then it is important to  reboot now. because day day by my life ending. if i not enjoying now then when i enjoy. so its time to do it now

21 st august. 1st day of reboot.
feeling cool
at this time i have an urge in my mind. but i want make the 21st day as a historic day of my life. And if i want to make history then i need to control myself. i faught my urge by leaving my smartphone and by doing some exercise. today i know why i lossed so many time. I have no stronger oppos to this addiction. but from today i decided the thing not done in four years i will do today. definitly do.
today is 3rd day of my reboot at 23 august
Today 4thday of my reboot at 24 august
25 aug is 5th day of my reboot
30th aug 10th day of my reboot. a clear and cool day again
