Not sure what to do or how to begin....

All I know is that Im actually in a relationship thats healthy and this DE is f@:)+&ing it up? Granted my issues are deep, from trust issues to abandonent issues. I have no idea what to do or where to start. Im 41and this whole thing is foreign.to me. What do I do ? How long can I go without sex in my current relationship before throwing in.the towell. Im only on day one.....any advise would be appreciated.

Hi Lex, Braniac here...OK, no just kidding.  I had EXACTLY the same problem as you.  DE.  The first thing is go to Gabe's home page and start hitting links.  Don't hesitate.  You know what they say, he who hesitates...OK, bad again.  Seriously, there are two links on Gabe's home page that are must reads.  The Road to Recovery, on the left side, and The Great Porn Experiment, on the right.  Don't try fixing your problem before you know what your problem is.  Remember, you did not get here overnight, so you need to plan on some time first studying the problem--I personally think it takes less than two hours to understand it on an intellectual level--and if you have our problem bad, you will need to block about 90 days to address it.
