I understand that desensitivity and ed happens when the dopamine receptors diminish at the synapses, and I've got a few questions. By the way, all I really desire is to be able to feel again, to have emotions, and love, and feel alive. I could care less right now about having sex again.
I am schizophrenic. Psychosis is when you have too much dopamine in the brain. Meds reduce the dopamine reception. I haven't had psychotic behavior in a long time, I'm wondering if the meds are contributing to the lack of dopamine being recepted? What should I be doing to help myself during this reboot? Any suggestions?
