48 yo. No PMO for 90 days! Doubt about MO

Hi. I reached 90 days without PMO. The truth, it feels very good. I am currently not in a couple and I wonder if MO alone, can be harmful, or can help.
I read on the YBOP page that people who completed the restart, started doing MO in a moderate way, and that helped strengthen the restart.
I do not know if MO before having sex can be harmful.

After your 90 do you have pied still? If you had it assuming? I?m at 69 days no pro now

if you had PIED, its bad idea to MO if you ask me.

I don t think i have PIED now, but y can t check yet because y didn t have an econunter. i m single now.
About MO i thinking to not do it, more time can be useful and it s going well.
