Hi Skeetcher, you re wright. i m looking that this is a gradual process. Not magical. I met a man this weekend but we didn t agree in some things and didn t have sex, so i could  not check if i recovered. I have to try again and be pacient. In the middle y don t know what to do with M.
But, even this is not magical, it s better than PMO.
To tell you, in my case, most important changes i felt at 70 days no PMO aprox.

Haven?t posted in a while; thought I?d give an update. Today marks 90 days porn free. Haven?t had a major urge to watch porn in some time. Libido isn?t all the way back but it?s improved. I had two encounters over the last 10 days. While it wasn?t perfect, my performance was improved. I still have a ways to go.

110 days porn free.  I had an interesting dream last night. In the dream PMO ?d; I was devastated. Luckily, when I woke up I realized it was just a dream. Very strange!

I am a heterosexual.  Yet the worst thing anyone can do is get down on themselves because of failing
to always avoid PMO.  We do want to try to have longer an longer streaks without PMO though!

I had a great weekend. Although I didn?t do a whole lot, I feel a lot better about where I am in life. I can only assume that being away from porn for the last 112 days has something to do with that. I had a successful sexual encounter today, which went much better than my last two since quitting porn (and exponentially better than the last several while I was still viewing porn).

Agree how I see it! We need to get brain to connect to real life instead of porn.
This don?t mean that you have to get an anxiety over failure. It?s all in our heads.
Watch for longer and longer stretches there your brain start to wire to real life and not porn

120 days PMO-free. Very little urge to surf porn. My sexual performance has improved greatly. Whereas previously I was not able to get or maintain an erection, I?ve had a couple of successful encounters recently.
