I should have realized that all this M was sapping my energy since years ago when I was really into powerlifting training I wouldn't have sex with my wife on  Saturday nite since Sunday was a heavy squat workout. Looking back that was kind of stupid. We would have sex on Friday evening even though we were tired from the work week.

Thanks,sure was interesting. As I read more about this subject I am convinced the Internet has escalated the problem of ED . I am sure you could have had a collection of mags and DVD to keep!you!going all day!but the computer made it so,much easier!in fact me having an Ipad surely got me more addicted. All the free stuff at an instant. I am sure the porn industry is aware that eventually we will seek harder stuff and be willing to pay as I had done.

That is a great article and I am glad PIED is being studied to see the physical reality of how damaging porn is to the male brain. I found porn to be amazing and incredible, so much so that real women were boring. And I kept thinking if I just found a good enough girl to replace the porn, everything would be right in the world. Oh how I was wrong. I had my causality reversed. I needed to quit porn to see real women are beautiful.

How can something so "beautiful and good" to look at be wrong? But lo and behold, it messes our brains up

so much so that real women were boring.

Very bad for us. This needs to get out far and wide! All men need to know this... The question is will they believe those that give the warning...? Or will they have to first experience it for themselves before they will believe it...?
My gut tells me that true to the human nature they will have to figure it out for themselves...!
