Thinking about porn fantasy unwittingly for a few seconds

Well, I am not aware of any good scientific information for a response to you. You say thinking about porn but not actually looking at porn? I don't know. To me, it's a judgment call. If these thoughts are just 15 or 20 seconds once a day or so, I wouldn't worry about it. But you could also ask yourself if there is something triggering you to think of porn. Maybe you should develop a list of quick distractions for when the thoughts begin.

its impossible not to unwittingly think about porn from time to time during reboot so you are fine as long as it is unwittingly.

I forget who said it, but I heard a saying once about stuff like this: "you can't stop a bird from flying above your head, but you can stop it from making a nest in your hair."

Flashbacks will happen.  It is ingrained very deeply in you.  Don't beat yourself up about it or even take any level of blame, but it is good to be wary of it.  Funny story: Several times during my own reboot I'd have VERY vivid dreams of porn, and wake up thinking I'd relapsed, and I'd be up for a half hour or so until I realized it was 100% a dream.  It just happens.  Nothing I did the day prior or thought about seemed to trigger it.  It is just lurking in there from years of consumption of the awful stuff.

I get them a lot, especially when I'm in bed and there's nothing going on to distract me.

I wouldn't say it's a fantasy, more like a flashback, and I've learned to quickly shut them down.

That's a really good distinction... one is given permission, the other barges in.  I like it!

Yep. They get in your head really easy if you're bored or just in bed. Gonna have to find a way to get distracted now. :)
