Hi everyone, I'm a 20 years old man from France (that's why i apologize for all the mistakes..). I've recently discovered this forum and i was asking myself : Is it worth it to give up porn given the fact i'm not a big user ?? Indeed, those last 3 years I maybe watched porn something like once a day or once every two day on average. But when i tried the nofap challenge 1 week ago, i would only last 2 day, then i burst and watched porn. Today it was 4 day since i didn't but i started again. I guess i'm addict right ?
