This is Day 5 on my journey. I've had several journeys and my best was 50 days but I failed shortly after that due to alcohol. I will list off my symptoms.
1. Terrible social anxiety
2. Fear of women because of the fear of ED
3. Shaking during withdrawal.
4. Terrible dreams
5. Being reclusive
6. Weight gain
7. Easily agitated
8. Emotional
9. OCD to the max
10. Depression
11. Loneliness
12. Last but not least ED the worst part...
It's a dark road. But you do feel better despite all of the side effects.
The main point I want to get across is that you're not alone.
Your brain will make your feel uncomfortable.
You will have bad dreams, wet dreams, feelings of worthlessness, and anger for having the addiction.
Throw your boots on and get ready to rock.
You will face thing that most people have no experience with.
It's the same as a substance addiction. Don't let anyone spectate or tell you any different.
I'm right there with you.
The first 2 weeks is the worst. But you will be ok.
Those 50 days were the best days of my life despite the bad feelings. It eases up.
It's a road you travel by yourself, with the utmost reward.
